Don't throw spoiled milk! Make Paneer Cheese instead.

Unhomogenised milk usually live even for a week after the 'use by' date. However, homogenised and pasteurised milk don't live long. If your milk is beyond the 'use by' date, just boil it. If it's still like the usual milk, it hasn't gone bad. The only time it's 'spoiled' is when it forms into a curd. Just make that into cheese by adding salt and following these steps!

Boil spoiled milk, strain with cheese cloth and place in fridge. If you want to make cheese cream, then add salt into the food processor (not during the boiling stage) and blitz the curd in it. It'll turn creamy!

😲🤩 this is truly useful knowledge. 🙏🏽 for sharing and 🙏🏽 to your mum. I always poured the spoiled / off milk down the sink and now I know better not to do that and your method is actually another way to make paneer. Normally I make my paneer with fresh whole milk, add lemon juice to separate the fat from the whey. It’s just clicked that with the lemon juice I’m intentionally spoiling the milk to separate for paneer. 🤯.

I tried to make this with my milk that had already curdled a bit in the fridge and it was a disaster. It basically smelled and still tasted so spoiled and sour.
