Personally I always rewrite them... not because it's better than killing them but because if you do everything else right you get more geth war assets in 3 than if you kill them.. I don't remember how much more it is, but I remember it was a sizable number no less than 50 points and in combination with the quarian war assets it comes out to be like 4 or 500 war assets points which is a very nice amount of points if you want the synthesis ending like I usually do

That's exactly what hit me, realising we were more alike than we thought. The most shocking revelation that shows you this is when Legion realises the heretics were spying on them.
He was so dismayed and confused by this news that anything you say won't really help him deal with it.

With other dialog, you can say that the geth are not organics. Legions agrees and states that trying to treat the geth as you would treat an organic would be inherently racist as there are indeed difference that makes them unique.
