I am currently using Aixun T3a and T3b stations. What I found out is that the tips provided from Aixun have different impedance from the JBC ones. Also I tried a couple of other cloned tips from other vendors and all have deferent values for the same head type tips.
Also JBC tips got around 20 - 25C lower than was the target temperature. You can certainly recalibrate your self the station to reflect true temperatures for JBC tips but if you mix match cloned and genuine tips you are in trouble. I also burned a couple of other vendors tips and their response is that their internal resistance is different than JBC and Aixun was over powering their tips and burned them. So there is some room for searching and tweaking from Aixun so that the firmware could compensate for deferment vendor tips

Hey ben, I remember a few videos ago you said post some idea's for future videos, Well one problem i come across a lot is face id not working, but in portrait mode in camera the first 3 modes work fine which are (Natural light, studio light, Contour light) but the last 3 modes do not, (Stage light, stage light mono, High key light). When going in to the settings you can click on "set up face id" and it will go in to it, come up with the square and look for your face, but after a short time it fails. Usually i find these are water damaged dot projectors and ear flexes have this issue a lot. I would be interested to see if you get these kind of issues in for repair like i do, Any ways great video, love your work as always!

32:20 some times i use a holder for my air station and direct 300°c to the zone of the tip
