I like this escape, and this choke has already become one of my favorite chokes and i'm only a white belt, i usually get choked out by it tho from the higher belt since i don't know a good defense hehe, thanks for this video.

Okay, I will try to do this on a 240 lb purple belt while I myself am a 190 lb blue belt because the bow and arrow is one of his go-to moves. Wish me luck.

What’s the difference between holding the pants and hooking the leg? Do you hold the pants when you can’t hook the leg? Also you don’t use Emily’s collar grip?
