I do own the predecessor ('Grand Complication' GMT122, using the 6770 movement).
Basically these rather unknown British watches by Accurist are quite impressive, solid and well made. They are underrated and rare, usually offered at bargain prices compared to other rebranders like 'Shellman', 'Tenshodo', 'Jacques LeMans' to name a few of the Miyota users. I do not regret my purchase of an Accurist; in fact I bought another one (based on the Citizen C300).

The 6770 had some design flaws I really disliked: no alarm function despite the built-in speaker, no hourly chime and overall a very weak minute repeater signal in general.
At least the Alarm feature was addressed in this new design 6U60.
But it still uses the same speaker, sounds weak and there appears to be no hourly chime mode (what a shame)?
Compared to the clean look of the Grand GMT122 this new GMT model clearly lacks 'style' and easy readability: the subdial at "7" is a real 'mess', missing any useful time scale. Just what were they thinking?
I guess I will hang on to my "Grand Complication" ("Campanola for the poor") for a while. Its nine hands and moonphase dial are quite a statement. Despite being an 'ancient' design, dating back to 2002 (!).

Thanks for demonstrating these rather confusing 6U60 watch features on the GMT325 in action!

I'm assuming these are Citizen Campanola watches rebranded?
