First off wait till the end! Second it’s not easy playing Stevie. I wish I had a chance to see him in person 🥺but this is one of my favorite solos by him from Tightrope. Please share and let me know what solo ya wanna hear next!!! I’m using the Kiaayo by @nativeaudio. It was the only way I was able to make it scream haha enjoy!!! Like I said wait till the end! Haha

You've got the down down/up up picking of SRV's down well. A lot of people use alternate picking for this solo and it doesn't sound right at all. You've nailed the picking though, which makes all the difference...

Excellent!!! SRV lives forever in my heart and head. He's the only celebrity that I cried over when he died. I was just learning Mary Had a Little Lamb on guitar after having been taking classical guitar lessons as a teenager
