Thanks tony for the video, and you mentioned something interested to me, we can use 2 mail servers and if one was down the other one will queue emails until the first one is back, I have 2 servers, 1 for website only, the other for mail server, and I can use this config for redundancy, I'm using cPanel on both servers, but I don't know how to configure it as you said ! can you do a video on that ?

So moving to site ground and emails need to be done. The client can’t access her email I’m guessing she needs to log in and add mx records in her dashboard

I think you meant 2^16 if it's a total of 65, 535 priorities, 2^32 would be over 4 billion
