Feeling heavy will make you feel uncomfortable, you have to breath harder, walk slower..also if you have small frame..a lot of weight will definitely affect you, especially if you had a small frame throughout your 20s or, 30s.

Applause to every single word that was said. I'm a recent Mom of a 3 month old baby (my 1st) and I understand every woman that feels pressure to lose weight. I felt it too and I was trying to exercise almost every day, but when you don't have enough sleep, soon you realise it's unrealistic to put yourself under so much pressure. I have chosen to sleep more and exercise less and I'm so happy I took that decision, because I have more energy for my baby. I want my pre-pregnancy body back, but f*@# k the pressure of being fit after giving birth. I don't know why we women to that! Until we stop breastfeeding, doesn't make sense to put pressure to lose weight. And Ciara is gorgeous no matter what! I actually admired the fact that she embraced her postpartum body on the red carpet. More celebrities should do it and show that the postpartum body is beautiful and should be celebrated.
