WOW! A thousand times over, no a million times over. I see the causes of my lifes educational dificulities played out right in front of me thanks to Dr. Minson. I just wish my teachers and parents had had this knowledge 75 years ago.

No comments? 1 in 5 of students? Some good info about top down disaster of education system. Dyslexia is also an Education disorder, systemic failure to teach dyslexics; you can't literally "treat" or "overcome" Dyslexia but evidence based multi sensory learning is a solution. Few if any MDs can identify and explain Dyslexia as an processing and orientation challenge. Great to admitt that the pills don't build the skills and side effects often make anxiety and low self esteem worse. Music has rhythm, rhythms helps release cognition shut down by the school stress - fight or flight or freeze - that reading in school triggers in Dyslexics. We need more MDs to point out that education is not the answer to symptoms of unidentified ad unaddressed Dyslexia. Identifying.org.
