95 Libyans arrested in Mpumalanga seek court interpreter

The 95 Libyan nationals arrested in Mpumalanga last week have been remanded in police custody by the White River Magistrate's Court.

They appeared in court on charges of contravention of the Immigration Act.

The men were arrested at a suspected military training facility on the Pebble Farm outside White River on Friday.

It's alleged they entered the country with visas acquired through misrepresentation in Tunisia.
