Button Interfacing with Raspberry Pi Pico using Polling method

This tutorial gives overview of C/C++ SDK provided by the Raspberry Pi and the functions related to GPIO.
And also provides basic introduction on how to write a simple code to ON/OFF the on board LED which is connected
to GP25 using external button which is connected to GP22 on the Raspberry Pi Pico.
