My favorite box is fairyloot <3 but it's so expensive to ship to the US. I wish I could still afford to get all the different boxes.

I really like My Bookish Box! It’s a good mix of Book and goodies and it’s not crazy expensive. I’ve done unboxings of those you can see if you want.

Have you ever considered trying Muse Monthly? It's a little on the pricy side as far as subscription boxes go, but it's usually an anticipated new release or author debut and a tea pairing. I've been looking at it for awhile because I like getting things in the mail, but I could really do without all the stuff that comes with a lot of other boxes, and many seem geared towards the YA audience. I've done Book of the Month Club in the past, but that one's kind of hit or miss. I really like the idea of it, but I was expecting more variety in terms of genre since you get to choose between five books each month, and lately they've all been literary/contemporary fiction. Some months I want all of the selections, but I've skipped a lot of months as well. I'm also not a huge fan of their covers- it's only $15 a month so I think the save money by making their own covers for the books with the BotM branding on them and sometimes they can feel a little... cheap? Like I'd rather order the books from another place/store and have higher quality covers. It's a good idea, though, and it's been going on since 1926.

thanks for comparing some book boxes! I would like to get some but I just can't justify the amount of money they cost and if I wanted bookish goods, I think I would rather purchase the stuff individually so I get a choice of what I get
