I really like when you do these types of videos. Including one’s close to the holiday. The “gift ideas“ videos. It allows all of us to not only have ideas. But also possibly even know some of the sales.

One video that I would be eager to watch from you Would be. A video about all of the locks that you have used throughout the years. How dependable they are compared to each other. Has there been any company that put out a new version and made the older version obsolete? Overall which smart Locke was consistently more dependable than the other And why. By that I mean. Both mechanically and software wise. Did you have to reset or recalibrate any of them? I live in Nebraska. So we have pretty decent temperature changes. So my doors don’t always close exactly the same throughout all the seasons. Is there a lock That might be more temperamental than the others?
My reason for this video request is because I purchased a smart lock four or five years ago. I had nothing but issues. The main issue was that it kept disconnecting so I was unable to control it via my smart phone. When I contacted the company. I received no response at all. I was just wondering if Smart locks have been quite a bit more dependable than what my experience was.
