20 years after Bugatti invented the hyper sports car, it redefines the concept completely with an entirely new powertrain and platform. This is the Bugatti Tourbillon.

This next-generation Bugatti hyper sports car is powered by an all-new 8.3-liter naturally aspirated V16 engine – engineered with the help of Cosworth – paired with a front e-Axle with two electric motors and one electric motor mounted at the rear axle. In total, the Tourbillon produces 1,800 hp with 1,000 from the combustion engine itself and 800 hp from the electric motors.

ACCELERATION

If you can afford a Bugatti then fuel price should not be a problem.

Thats very fuel efficient for its high speed

It's not that the fuel price is the problem for Bugatti owners it's that they need to fuel every time they get in

When you accelerate hard, the engine demands a massive amount of fuel, and the fuel system temporarily increases flow to meet that demand. The fuel gauge, which is typically a damped system (meaning it doesn’t react instantly to every small fluctuation), might momentarily drop due to the rapid consumption. However, not all of the fuel is necessarily burned immediately. Some of it is cycled through the system and returned to the tank, especially once the demand decreases.

That’s why, in some cases, after a hard acceleration, you might notice the fuel gauge slightly "recover" when you're cruising or idling. This effect can be more pronounced in cars with high fuel flow rates and return systems. In modern cars, especially those with direct injection, the fuel return system is often minimized or eliminated for efficiency reasons, but in high-performance engines, it's still a factor.

It's extraordinary how you see the fuel gage lowering down

From the available. This are my findings I think that tourbillon have a tank capacity of 100l(22 gallon) The fuel meter divided into 24 parts so each have 4.166.... litre So total fuel consumption : 4.1666..*1.8~ 7.5 litres of fuel for total run Distance traveled in each time interval(source:trust me bruh)

0 to 100 km/h: 34.72 m 100 to 200 km/h: 98.33 m 200 to 300 km/h: 298.61 m 300 to 400 km/h: 700.00 m 400 to 445 km/h: 1052.73 m

Total distance (0 - 445 km/h): 2184.40 m

Acceleration in each interval (m/s²): 0 to 100 km/h: 11.11 m/s² 100 to 200 km/h: 11.77 m/s² 200 to 300 km/h: 6.46 m/s² 300 to 400 km/h: 3.86 m/s² 400 to 445 km/h: 1.39 m/s²

Deceleration Phase (445 - 0 km/h) Distance covered: 512.98 m Total Distance Traveled Acceleration Distance: 2184.40 m Deceleration Distance: 512.98 m

Total Distance: 2697.38 m (or ~2.70 km)

Mileage of tourbillon according to me here :2697.38÷7.5= 359.6506 m/litre or 0.22 mile per gallon

That’s extremely low fuel efficiency, but considering the performance-focused nature of the Tourbillon, it's expected.

If you are enough rich to buy a tourbillon why bother about its mileage????

in less that five minutes you empty that tank

Soo ...if it has a similar size tank to the chiron, I did the math that just drank 28 USD with that sprint

it's just shy of 2 dots on the gauge so just shy of 2/24ths of the tank, which assuming it has the capacity of a chiron of 100L is roughly 7-8L(high octane i would assume), which at the current price of 1, 8-1, 9 € (OMV, Austria) would be roughly 13-15€ for that accelleration ;-);

1, 800hp from an NA engine is absolutely bonkers. I know its got 16 cylinders, but damn that's crazy impressive.

The fuel was not full. At least it’s hybrid so it goes like the rocket 🚀

1:1 one gallon = one mile. Now that's power!

Lets see it in real life conditions and not simulations how it goes😉

The fuel was crazy, but 0 to 100 was almost the same as 100 to 200
