I don't think Rauru and Mineru were the last of the Zonai all together i just think that they were the last of the ones that decided to descend from their home in the heavens

The line from Demise includes "Those who carry the blood of the goddess." Obviously, Tingle, Beedle, Impa, etc. are all descended from the goddess, but their lines diverged from the royal line. It's happened throughout history a ton, with pretty much everyone being descended from royalty somewhere back up the line.

Dark Link is easily one of BIGGEST mysteries of The Legend of Zelda games. 😮

A large theory on the Rito is that they came from a place outside of Hyrule - Like Yona came from another Zora’s Domain

Since minish cap takes place before Ocarina of time it could be explained that during the civil war(from which Links mother was running) all knowledge regarding minish was lost.

Nintendo claimed that the Foundation of Hyrule in TotK is not the very first Foundation between Skyward Sword and the Minish Cap but a refoundation after the end of every Timeline where Hyrule once got destroyed and refounded by the Zonai

TLoZ Majora's Mask is my most favourite not because of its creepiness but also how dark and mysterious everything is etc.

Forest temple was implied to be a fortress of the royal family that was repurposed at sone point before becoming haunted by the undead and ghost enemies. Then it ended up being the forest temple

For the Kokiri, I always thought that since Link did not need protection since he now had family to live with so the Kokiri changed back to their normal appearance

Flat and Sharp, the Composer Brothers, are in OOT. MM is an alternative timeline, but it's a fair assumption that the song was still written by them in OOT.

The Fierce Deity is one of the biggest mysteries IMO…

Actually the Legend of Zelda Majora’s Mask Manga answers more about the mask including how it was actually created. Formed from the hide of a monstrous beast, whose hide was supposedly able to grant any wish, a lone warrior, forced the beast with a magic drum to dance endlessly for three days and nights as the souls of the beast’s victims forced him to do so. When the beast had breathed its last, the warrior carved Majora’s Mask from his hide, to seal the wishing powers.

I think it's possible that the land beyond the canyon in breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom is probably North Hyrule from Zelda 2. Breath of the wild map lines up pretty well with the Twilight princess map and the Zelda encyclopedia shows us how that lines up with other games maps including Zelda 2 but that is just my take on it.

10:56 Navi left Link in OoT because she accomplished her mission given by the Deku Tree. Link is not actually a Kokiri, but a Hylian (he was left by his mom when he was a baby escaping from the evil). That's the reason Navi left him :)

Ganondorf's backstory should of been on your list. While he is the reincarnation of Demise's hatred, we do not know what his life is like before becoming the Gerudo King (or King of Thieves) and transformed into the Demon King. Let alone understanding his true desire since we have seen a part of his awe on the green lands of Hyrule over the harsh environment of Gerudo Deserts in Windwaker.

My biggest question is, what happened to the divine beasts after BotW? They are not present or even mentioned inTotK. Something so big (literaly) is hard to hide.

my favorite trope in Zelda is Link being lazy af and sleeping in almost every Zelda opening

I'm personally of the opinion that BotW/TotK is set in the timeline _waaaay_ back in Skyward Sword that was created when Link crushed The Imprisoned/Demise, then disappeared chasing after Ghirahim & Zelda into the past. This is the Hyrule that the Zonai descended to and created their own Hyrule Kingdom - one where the symbolism of the Triforce is known but the artifact itself is lost as is the truth behind Hylia.

Meaning that Link defeating Demise, the famous curse, and their "return" to the present was really an entirely new timeline from which the rest of the Zelda series is based upon. After all, the Imprisoned couldn't exist if he (as Demise) was destroyed in the past - the entirety is Skyward Sword is based on the timeline where Link chases Ghirahim & Zelda into the past, dies at the hand of Demise, who is then "Imprisoned" by Zelda/Hylia.
