How to kill the entire population I'm sandbox mode:
Step 1: press the suicide attack many times and stop for a while and press it until you can't a anymore

Step 2: wait for everybody to explode

Step 3: the population is gone now

The only way to put countryballs in a world without countryballs like yours is to generate the German empire defeat it and it will give a countryball from Germany but it will only be from Germany
