Just wanted to drop a thank you to you Rebecca for being you. I appreciate your level of interaction and communication you give to your Zesties. You make people feel seen and heard. You have no idea how that simple kindness can turn someones day and even life around. You never have any kind of negativity on your channel or Facebook page from yourself or any of your Subs (minus the odd random comment). But even when you do get one you handle it with such grace, patience, and understanding. You are one classy lady and I highly respect you. I hope you know how much we all love and appreciate you.

Hi Rebecca your comment about purposely putting in the wrong colour drill reminds me of the rug makers whom purposely weave imperfections into a rug. And I quote, " In many cultures, including those of the various Native American tribes, weaving imperfections are seen to be a representation of life's fragility and impermanence. Hi, Rebecca. I just cannot, knowingly, put the wrong, but similar, color diamond on a missed spot. Even on a super confetti heavy painting. Im so proud of you, if you were able to. (I'll bet, though, that you went and got the correct color)

As for your tip about the damp sponge and glue dots, it also works with the pink wax. I use a damp paper towel (kitchen roll, as I believe it's called in the UK) when I'm feeling civilized, but I have been known to lick the end of the pen if it's just one or two ABs, or to test the theory. I keep the damp paper towel in a small white tray near my painting to keep any excess water contained.

Well the weather was so hot it affected my breathing, so no I did not get to get any new hearing aids.. when I called to let them know and Redbook my appointment, the lady on the phone promptly tells me my new appt. Will be Aug 2025.. A YEAR AWAY ... well after recovering from the shock .. I said well I've already waited 5 yrs so I guess another 1 more won't make much difference will it 😮

Hi Rebecca it's been awhile since I wrote a comment to you. I lost my friend's cat who I adopted after my friend passed away last year. Her cat lived 10 month's and 5 day's after she passed and last year I had to put my cat down so it was hard for me loosing my friend's cat. At least one thing I have my cat Elvis and he misses her. Elvis is always looking for her. I have been watching your videos and you bring me comfort. I think both of the paintings that you have been working on are coming out so nice. I enjoy your videos.

sounds like the advent painting might be a DAS chart2art style - would love it if it was. I have knowingly placed the incorrect similar colour on a confetti heavy painting, especially if it is in the last section, but only on my cheap budget kits i bought at the very start, can't do it on my expensive ones. I did mess up one of my 0x30s by placing the wrong colour on a symbol luckily it was a similar shade - it did look funny when I was finished, but I double my students will even notice.

You are one of only 3 DP channels I watch and the only one I enjoy listening to WIP and chats, there are only 2 other art channels I regularly sit through WIP and chats or long vlog/chat style videos. You are always so positive in response to your comments and what life throws your way, I live alone so after hearing many complaints and negativity at work it's nice to get even just a little bit of positivity from another adult.

Hi Rebecca. Hope all is well with you. As I am typing this on a Monday morning, hubby and I are currently in Marjorca for two weeks for much needed me (and us!) time. Unfortunately, my mum was admitted into hospital the Friday before we flew. We gotnher blessing to.c9ntinue with our holiday. She's fine it's the same complaint she had back in February. She is okay and doesn't want to be in hospital.

You are very cheeky today, Rebecca!! You got me laughing out loud for so long regarding the rebel in you about that purple drill!!! Hahahaha Love yah! 🥰👍🏼👏😂 on the side note… I am so so excited and eager for your Christmas canvas to arrive!🥰❤️💖 btw, I also used wrong colour with Paintgem mystery #2, because they had a couple of 3-dotted symbols, one slanting to the left and the other slanting to the right! One is black and the other blue and I thought it was rocks hence black seemed ok but realised at the end that it had to be blue on my last canvas and had to pick them all out. 😂I just laughed it off as no point getting annoyed, it’s been done. Although I emailed Paintgem re my mistake and hope they don’t use such similar symbols specially in mystery kits because we can’t see the color on the canvas. I didn’t get any reply though. 🤷🏻‍♀️☺️

We are all so different. In my mind deliberately putting a similar color in the wrong spot is completely unacceptable. That is what my brain considers cheating. However I am ok with blinging up and adding enhancements and never consider that cheating. Then there's the people who consider multi placing cheating and I never feel that way, I multiplace way more than I single place.

GO ON DO IT! I have placed just one drill in the wrong lace, because I had cleared away all the other colours, due to a vast area of one colour. NO ONE WILL NOTICE!!!

I could NEVER intentionally place the wrong color drill!! My brain considers that to be a major "FAIL". Although, if someone else does, I would never notice. Go figure...
