A lot of Saints & Pelicans players reside in Gabriel estates & judging from that first house I can see why. That house tour was straight from MTV cribs back in the day!!! This guy needs a financial advisor/mentor. His current contract is for a little over $9 million which means he will bring home around $5 million after taxes and fees. It’s really less because NOBODY ever achieves all the incentives in an NFL contract so the $9 million total value of the contract is actually an inflated number. He’s going to buy himself and family members a car and give them $$$. He’s going to buy designer clothes and bottle service and don’t forget the jewelry. He obviously likes jewelry from the video. He needs a house he can pay off in the first year of his rookie deal because if he doesn’t see a second contract he is losing that condo immediately.

For his sake, I hope this video is just for clicks and he’s not considering these properties. Just buy a nice $400-500k condo and pay that off asap.
