This judge is going to go to jail and should be disbarred immediately. The judge had the ex parte communication in the middle of a trial without notifying the defense. The defense attorney calls the judge on it and because the defense attorney won't stay specifically who notified him about the illegal ex parte communication, he was held in contempt and jailed for 20 days.

This is absolutely ridiculous and a bastardization of the justice system and a miscarriage of justice.

This judge and the DA should be removed from this case and their law license removed. The fact the DA met w/ the witness in his chambers without the defense is beyond corrupt

Wow, imagine firing your attorney but you have to keep her till she correctly fill out a court document in order to be properly released from your case. Smdh!
