I don’t think people quite get this. He’s clean lifting a person in one hand

“Good for you Mark! Don’t know why you had to lift in the middle of our Q3 accounting meeting, but congratulations!”

Wrestling may be “fake” but his strength is not, he’s an absolute beast of a man! Imagine having that strength 🤣

So, that looks like totally the wrong crowd for that. Did they break into a timeshare presentation or something...

I love how he just casually sets the weight on the table afterwards.

Like, "I'm done. You can have this back."

It's not the weight, it's that really thick handle. It's really hard to get your hand around it. The weight was *never* the issue for Henry, it was the technique he had to employ to get his grip in the right place. Well done!

This man’s strength is honestly insane. To be able to lift 172 with a 2.5 inch radius handle, is truly insane

Haha guy at 1:45. Holding his clap until it's official. Then considers touching the dumbbell and realizes "Not a chance I'm even moving this thing" and keeps clapping

When Mark Henry was known as "The World's Strongest Man", that wasn't just a gimmick, he was legit strong.

I'm grateful WWE gave him the World Heavyweight Championship and a Hall of Fame ring.

Mark Henry is what got me into WWE. I saw him pull tractor trailers on WWE, thought it was fake because I thought everything in wrestling is fake, thought his title of "worlds strongest man" was fake.

Looked up him, found out he was, indeed, the world's strongest man, and realized that it's not 100% fake.

Guy is my hero.

For an organization that often gets mocked for being "fake" it sure boasts some incredible human beings amongst its ranks. Arguably the strongest man of all time, a man who won a gold medal in wrestling with a broken neck, and a UFC heavyweight champion, just off the top of my head
