Great vid! Clear and concise as always! I like the template used, i also found it valuable to ensure the audience who will use the BRD are comfortable with the document, a quick session talking colleagues through the doc, SDLC etc. can save a lot of pain in the long run! :)

Hey, great video! very clear and helpful information. I just have a question, Do the documents produced by the Business Analyst change depending on the methodology that we use to develop projects? What I mean is if we are doing the requirements for a waterfall project or a Scrum project, the templates or structure of how we present the requirements to the stakeholders are the same? or in Scrum, we don´t have to do much more than a product backlog and the user stories?
