Tony you got interested in the V80 last year. I got it for $14 just before it was discontinued. Was my first BA hybrid, took some time to get used to the tonality and believe it or not the details, layering and Soundstage. The highs are typical TRN and the were a lot, drowned out the bass. I was determimed to fix it and love it and I do love the V80! The shell is small and beautiful. I have it on the black cat cable. There is no reason they couldn't have used metal on this one. ORCA, Conch and White Tiger are metal. So not sure why they went with plastic. I just picked up the KZ ZSTX which is surprisingly very good TOO. Now I'm waiting on the V10 Pro. Curios how it will stack up to the V80 at such a cheap price. Oldies that I will enjoy along with the news! What are your thoughts on a modded V80 vs the new school of 2/2s? I feel they were well ahead of their time. Shame they dropped the 2DD model for so long. Glad it's back 😁

Hydro is a fantastic eq platform but I can t wear it for a long time it's too fat in the base of the nozzle.I wish I could make it custom someway and not have to sell it 😐.Nice review Tony!

Thank you gor this reviews and comparison. It gives me an in depth views on what to expect. I'm a TRN VX Pro user and from what I got here, for me personally I will stick to my VX Pro because of the metal body do have impact on the sound.

May I ask whether you use the same cable or different cable on each IEM? Clearly you have different eartips and despite the difference of cable color, I'm curious what cable you are using to test both.

I have a kz zax, bought the vx pro plus because of its eq, it is almost the same i've allways used my eq in Winamp. Lets see wich is better, by the reviews i read vx pro plus will win.

Hi, i had the ZSX terminator for almost 2-3 years and i like it very much... te question is that all the people said in internet that the zs10 prox whas better and it is, in tuning, the sound is more accurate to the real sounds and all just sounds more decent... but the soundstage seems to be like really normal and even bad as the soundstage of the ZSX.

Like yestreday i tried to play CS2 with the 10prox and i didnt get to hear the steps ok, in the right position and where they are coming from. In contrast with the ZSX... ans i feel it too in all the music that i hear, like the slundstage its just to much closer than the other

I wanna now if the zs12prox its better than it in soundstage. Thnks very much
