Yes lives are lost, Yes there needs to be a better solution than attacking anyone. No one deserves to die or suffer because someone chooses to attack them.
But it's really inhumane to tell someone that you shouldn't respond to an attack because you have 90% chance of defending yourself.

I think that when Israel decided to grant the Gaza strip to the Arab people it was with the knowledge that Israel was making itself vulnerable to the Arab people (many nations of whom had sworn to destroy the nation of Israel), but it was worth the risk in the hope that this gesture would foster peace. It was worth the cost to the nation of Israel to physically remove the Israeli people who had invested money and sweat to provide a benefit to themselves, the Israeli people and the world by building up farms and settlements in the Gaza strip. Now the Gaza strip has 2 million Arab people living there and they have invested in thousands of rockets which they have now spent to attack the Israeli people. I don't know where the 2 million Arab people came from to get to Gaza. I have seen information that UNRWA is helping with the education of the children and that part of the educational materials include tutorials on how the Arab people should destroy Israel. It does seem confusing but I think Israel is doing a great job! God help you all!

They go to main media, and are getting their voice shared.

this conflickt started as something about Fatah not wanting to have election and Hamas answered by voicing terror, and Fatah answered to ask for killing of jews.
