YYF Boost Afterburner Review

Thanks for the support guys. Slowly cranking out the rest of Jonathan's goodie bag. Today's review is on the YYF Boost Afterburner. A very fun and very competitive Yoyo. Those two things don't usually come hand in hand so I definitely enjoyed this one.

Great honest review, spot on. Ok so still being new the # of yo-yos I tried is limited to my own collection (15-20 maybe) but there is one I think afterburner feels like...the sengoku shogun.

Similar shape and rim heft. Shogun not great a fspins cuz of engraving, very similar specs and feel imo even tho shogun is a tri metal and 4x the price. Comes back great even for a novice like me, stable. Easy to throw very straight too. Even tho is a lil skinny the shape helps more w catches than it looks like it should.

Other than still trying to learn fingerspins I love it especially for the under $50 price.

Btw, the boost afterburner is technically all made out of one material, but there are two different pieces stuck together, like a bimetal, I think. Not sure how it affects design, but it definitely opens up some cool possibilities
