My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks will be appreciated.

Stocks extended their year-to-date rally following the CPI report, with the S&P 500 last up 0.8% in afternoon trading. but I don't know if stocks will quickly rebound, continue to pull back or move sideways for a few weeks, or if conditions will rapidly deteriorate.I am under pressure to grow my reserve.

My perspective on dividends is that they may not be beneficial if a company has better uses for its capital to promote growth. I suggests investing in companies with growth potential. However. It's possible to create a portfolio that generates a dividend income of $50, 000-70, 000 with less than $200, 000 investment.

I already own shares of NVDA, PALANTIR, TSLA, and APPL as well. Sure, I don't mind having these equities sit around for a while, but I'd also like to appreciate short-term opportunities that could fetch $200, 000 or less.

Taking early notes from Warren as to the importance of sound asset diversification and risk management It can’t be overstated. I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $300K for sometime now, I would greatly appreciate any other suggestions.

Considering a young mid income, short term minded person with constant need for cash, are these still worth investing into? I am new to all of these and have incurred so much losses, I am beginning to think I am not doing what is good for me but just following people blindly.

I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 85K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice?

So the assumption in all your video is the continuous growth, very safe and real assumption

I really appreciate the dedication in each video you post. Despite the economic recession, I still thank you for the level-headed financial advice. I started stocks and crypto investment with $4, 345 and since following you for few weeks now, I’ve gotten $18, 539 in my portfolio. Thanks so much Elizabeth Wesley

Dividend stocks have their own advantages over time I have accumulated shares with a monthly dividend of $4, 000, still find stock trading much better after I came across a strategy last year which it's minimum weekly profit return is about $9, 000 with these two investments I got a new place and a car with so many other investments established.

your calculations for the 30year timeframe is extremely misleading. Growth of dividends and shareprices in the 10+% is not going to happen for 30 consecutive years. Calculating a 21% dividends CAGR for 30 years is... an interesting aproach. Thats like taking Nvidias latest boom of 222% 1yr and calculating the same CAGR for 30 more years. "Look, if you invest 10.000 now you become a multi billionare in 15 years!!!".

I understand you do it for the sake of a cool video, but a little transparancy would be nice.

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Michelle Stewart
