Kelly’s range is insane!!!! She hit the lowest AND the highest notes in this and the way she belted “brave” at the end was fire. She was often underappreciated in Beyoncé’s shadow (and as deserving as Bey is for her success, DC was always set up to be a stepping stone for her solo career, let’s be honest) but she always found moments to shine. I don’t think she ever hit her full potential in DC the way Bey did, vocally speaking, but her vocals are underrated anyway. 🔥

It's the fact that MICHELLE is really a standout vocally. Here lead was so solid while also in and SLAYING them background vocals with effortlessly. She is so underrated, but indeed core in DC achieving the sound that we loved and miss.
