AutoCAD Counting Blocks

AutoCAD's COUNT feature quickly counts the instances of any object type within the drawing, including blocks. Then use this to insert a field with the count data, which updates with changes to the drawing.

This is impressive AutoCAD level. I have a more advanced question about it : do you know if there is a way to make a count formula counting one specific tag in a bloc, based on another tag name in the same bloc?

For example, for a planting plan, if I have a plant name tag in a bloc and a plant quantity, could I create a : COUNT "plant quantity" tag in bloc Z if "plant name" tag is a specific name
