This is my favorite all time soup. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I do use a rue and was so excited to see the cornstarch method. I’m running out to the store right now. I must have some. Love you both ❤️

Were a bit Clammy here in the UK just now, but that's just the Weather. Ha Ha. Reckon i will need my Fishing Kayak to get to work soon if it continues. Whole Towns are flooded out down South. Probably the worst we have ever had. Wish we had some of that Texas Sunshine.

Great recipe and funny episode. Love how he waits for Wesleys approval at the end of this Ep. Very fun.
(You guys need to go to Ptown if you go to Boston - get clam chowder while you sit in a window seat or at the bar at The Lobster Pot and stare at Cape Cod Bay)

Soaking canned clams in milk overnight in the fridge gets rid of the metal taste. My Mom used to make the best clam chowder here in cornfields Illinois where there are no "fresh" clams to buy even if the seller says they are, LOL!
