I was surprised when one of my grandsons spilled a whole big cup of water on my A15 (brand new) I dried it up and put it in rice and it worked with no problem...Today I put an open water bottle (not knowing) in my purse and it spilled all over...The phone got wet...I dried it up and it's working fine...🤞🤞🤞❤❤❤

HOWEVER it only shows it as being water "resistant" not "waterproof".
In a large body of water for 10 minutes or so, it probably wouldn't make it.

The Samsung Galaxy A15 is not waterproof. It does not have an IP rating, which is the standard used to measure a device's resistance to dust and water. Hello... I come to say that this video is fake! As everyone knows, cell phones that have IPXX protection, have an o-ring on the one without a card to protect against water....put the video on low speed and you will see that when you remove the sim card, it does not It has no o'ring. My A54 has IP67 and yes it does. Do not be fooled!
