When I was a younger and thinner man, I would run for miles and listen to this CD. It was all combined into one track, so I couldn't skip ahead. Kinda neat - sweating mile after mile, listening to the mix as PVD intended. Still love it to death.

The early 2000's were a rip in the space-time continuum. the quality and simple complexity of the music back then was much more sophisticated, energetic and melodic than the stuff we have these days. This album is a testament to a time when all that mattered was the Muzik and the hypnosis it cast on those who had the privilege of listening to the true Gods of trance!
