🧩 Dean Radin is the Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), and is an Associated Distinguished Professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). He's an internationally renowned pioneer when it comes to research in the fields of consciousness and psychic phenomena. Amongst a plethora of other publications he's so far published hundreds of popular articles, and nine books. Dean and his paradigm challenging book, 'The Conscious Universe: The Scientific Truth of Psychic Phenomena' were a big part of inspiring this podcast to become what it is today.

I always knew that what looked like ESP type phenomena was happening, but assumed that it was due to picking up information subliminally or subconsciously and the mind assembling a likely outcome. However, the type of experiments Radin did and does prove that the information isn't getting through by any means currently known by science. To top it off, I did similar experiments and got similar, if not better, results, so I'm forced to believe it.
Anyway, I just found your channel and going through it. Some interesting topics there.

10:08 Woah! Took a trading course where they were talking about how the charts would regularly predict a negative event before the event actually happened.

22:40 is it at all possible that Dean was tricked with someone handing him a spoon made of a shape-memory alloy? Its possible that the "neutral shape" of the spoon is bent, as shown, and he could have been handed a memory alloy spoon in its already altered state.

I'm 100% open to these ideas but this could be faked easily.

Edit: oh, he mentioned that. Good for him.

I am a believer in psy—telepathy, collective unconscious...but this spoon bending has my skepticism raised. If telekinesis requires mind interaction with the metal, how did the spoon bend when Dean wasn't even paying attention—his own words? It also seems to be an unusual spoon—flat, without a bowl. For me to believe, it would have to be my spoon in my presence.
