My husband is one with his sister. She was born May 16 and he was born May 6 of the following year. They're the same age for 10 days.

I wouldn’t say they are near the same. Twins exhausting because the damage on the body of birth is more extreme usually, pregnancy usually harder, and two at once, but benefits they usually bond faster and quicker and they hit development milestone relatively around the same time which is slightly easier

Irish twins give birth once go through the newborn stage twice but with the second time with a baby and your first baby you are pregnant the whole time and usually at higher risk and pain due to the lack of healing in between and you also have to go birth again and still take care of the other baby under one and they do not hit development at the same time so you deal with completely separate stages but both still babies which can be tough one the second is born but you had most of the first year to take it step by step because there was only one

Pregnant twice, labor twice, not on the same milestones, requiring different attention. I would of rather had one pregnancy for both 😂😂 now I’m 2 months pregnant while my baby boy is 4 months old 🥲🙃

Mean experience with Irish twins and twins to know the answer 😂 definitely can be different I found Irish twins because of age gap there is so much jealousy but they still close too where I find twins tend to play together well more often than Irish twins and age of both on that subject obviously having twins as babies is hard work but then Irish twins both still like babies so trying to carry both around one bigger than other hard work much easier to manage when they stop being in the arms and tend to do that the same time. So I think maybe different ages from baby to toddlers and so on can be similar different and when older the same because they both in same class different personalities so on. Just my experience with both twins and Irish twins

I thought that was called Puerto Rican twins, either way stop gatekeeping and let people complain about literally one of the hardest things someone can go through in a domestic environment that doesn't directly involve capitalism
