Things have really changed, I was born in 1947, on small farm in Ohio, my dad & I farmed about 450 acres, using on old AC model wc & a John Deere A, than went with a JD 50. now some of the fields are a 1000 acres on more, a lot of changes, not all for the best either

The 7r's are very popular with sugarcane farmers over here. Really like the looks of the new models.

Beautiful tractors these 7R series are. They just look cool, which really means nothing in terms of practicality, but still cool none the less. John Deere is pushing serious technological developments. Which is great, but the more technology, the more expensive too purchase or lease and the more expensive too maintain. Personally, I love the 7R Series. It really is a Jack of all trades tractor. If you own a large Ranch, this is the tractor to invest in. Multi tasking on a large Ranch requires a tractor of this caliber or greater. Go get yours at your local John Deere Dealer. 🚜

Yeah them large square balers some are rated at 180 pto hp to operate them only reason for that large a tractor. Large round balers you can get buy good with a 100 to 110 pto .
