My question is when are you able to use the he's surrounded by talent arguement and when are you not? Because Joe Burrow and Trevor Lawrence were also stacked at LSU and Clemson respectively, but no one mentioned talent in their evaluations. And Tua was a consensus top 5 pick last year with many of the same Alabama players. No one mentioned "surrounded by talent" then. Someone tell me what the rules are to using this arguement?
