A small body A is fixed to the inside of a thin rigid hoop of radius R and mass equal to that of the body A. The hoop rolls without slipping over a horizontal plane; at the moments when the body A gets into the lower position, the center of the hoop moves with velocity vo. At what values of vo will the hoop move without bouncing? (Assume that surface is sufficiently rough)

Sir i had a doubt if I failed in 12th board 2022 and rejoined in a very dummy college and continuing my preperation and passed the 12th board in 2023 and if got a nit but not iit .then do I have a chance of taking drop and re attempting for iit in 2024
