I Don’t Want to Be or Nor Did I Buy an Account

Do you ever feel that some companies you do business with only see you as an "account" or a "number"? Well, this is a good reminder to not let your customers feel that way about the services you provide.

When your customers ask about their investments, finances, loan, insurance, or even if they ask about their account (because that's how the industry has trained them to ask that way), instead respond this way:

"Let me check on your financial progress"
"Let me see how you're doing on your long-term objectives"
"Let me review & check the coverage you have now & for what else you may need protection"

Don't talk to them about their account.
