DYI: Bunting Tutorial (No sewing needed!)

Yellow! So this month is my sisters birthday and I'm making Carnival decorations. So I wanted to make some Bunting's but I don't have a sewing machine so I improvised. I hope you like this tutorial.

Materials:
Fabric
Manila Folder
Fabric Scissors (they help a lot)
Fabric Glue
Ribbon
