I'm thinking about adding Jordan Mason, but I'm unsure who to drop. 12 team 1QB Non-PPR IDP Salary Cap Dynasty League where each player cut provides a dead cap hit equal to half their salary (so you gotta be careful making lots of moves). Salary Cap is $150 and waiver wire adds are bid on to establish initial salary. Minimum bid for waiver wire adds is $2.

Possible cuts:
Geno Smith (QB3 behind AR and Caleb) - $2
J.K. Dobbins - $5
Khalil Herbert - $2.50
Romeo Doubs - $4
Jalen McMillan - $1
Ka'imi Fairbairn - $1.50
Evan McPherson - $1.25

Current Free Salary: $27.75

If I drop a DB or K I'll have to make another move down the line to cover bye weeks.

So the key questions are:
a) Should I pick up Mason or Roll with what I have?
b.) If I should pick him up, how much should I bid for him?
c.) If I pick him up, who should I drop?
