For those wondering, spoilers, this ain't heaven. It's known as the promised land but its a Time Lord matrix data slice with its actual name being the nethersphere, basically being a mini world which houses the minds of people. The woman is The Doctors oldest enemy known as The Master or in this incarnation, Missy. Don't think this is a happy ending, what happens is the mind gets uploaded into this world, the deceased body gets upgraded and turned into a cyberman, but the conscious inside this mini world can still feel what the body feels, so if the person is getting cremated.... Anyways, hope this gives you a more detailed insight into what the place actually is, and why this isn't a happy ending. I'm your #1 guy for more info
