How wonderful that God teaches Martin Harris how to go from being a "wicked man" in section 3 to becoming a "witness" in section 5 - by humbling himself. God still choose him. God still choose Joseph. And God still chooses each one of us. He is patient, merciful and full of grace, and always working with our best outcome in mind. No, the works of God cannot be frustrated because WE are His great work.

Thank you so much for your insightful teachings. They have helped me so much. I was concerned when you spoke of Martin Harris as being faithful to his dying day. I would love to hear more about what happened when he left the church for nearly 30 years and was humbled enough to ask Joseph to bring him to Salt Lake where he was later re-baptized.
