“The joke here is to do with a classic joke that we all did back in the day to our classmates. Basically, you ask if a classmate is smart, to which they would likely say yes, then tell them to ‘Spell it’ to which they would spell the word ‘smart.’ However, they have fallen for the trap, as you actually said ‘Spell IT’ as in spell the word ‘it’ and therefore you pranked them and as a kid this is embarrassing, which is shown by the image below which represents a distraught student.”
