Best Y62 Patrol yet? Nissan Patrol Warrior 2024 review: Toyota LandCruiser rival passes 4WD test?

The 2024 Nissan Patrol Warrior was a long time coming for Australia, with the adventure-focused 4WD the result of a local partnership between Nissan and engineering firm Premcar, which was previously behind Ford Performance Vehicle (FPV), another operation that specialised in making 'stock' vehicles that little bit extra special.

It's no surprise, then, that the Patrol Warrior is exactly that: a new flagship version of the long-standing Y62 series. That, of course, is good news for adventurers, who are treated to a formidable off-roader – straight from the showroom floor. Yep, there are modifications aplenty.

Another strong review from Mr Craft. Comfortable car on-road and more than capable off-road. Shame about the lack of tech….Nissan it’s 2024 !! Overall, a good choice for off-road adventurers.

Aussie spec Patrols are slightly different than GCC one. CarPlay and Android Auto is only found in LHD Patrol and Armada.
