Obstetric Violence in Greece/Roses Revolution

This video is about the first time Roses Revolution took place in Greece and shows, by my own first birth, what defines obstetric violence. For that reason I went back to the hospital where I gave birth in 2013 and had very negative experiences that'll last for the rest of my life. My message is: How we are being born has a huge impact on our lives!

thank you Liza, for speaking up for all the women who do not dare to speak, for all the violence that they face even without realizing it. Thank you for sharing your most personal life stories.

I'm so glad your second birth was a healing experience. Sorry you had to go through such a traumatic time with your first born. Thank you for speaking out to help others xx

I don't understand this and I never will: all of the medical staff were born from their respective mothers. Would they be ok with people treating them so unethically?
The part of "is this a midwife, I don't know if it's a cleaning lady ... NO ONE INTRODUCES THEMSELVES" gets to me real deep!
