Tasting Tomorrow: Jonathon Keats, experimental philosopher and artist, about the challenges we are facing in the future, regarding climate change and food - especially creating traditional recipes in a changing environment in future generations. Which substitutes will we be growing in different climatic regions in the future, in order to maintain our heritage foods? He shows how we can integrate scientific data and climate modelling with heritage cuisine and recipes in order to create future-proof cookbooks.

Jonathon Keats is known for his elaborate thought experiments. His conceptual art has been exhibited at museums and galleries worldwide. He is an art critic and artist, and amongst others the author of "You Belong to the Universe: Buckminster Fuller and the Future", "Forged: Why Fakes Are the Great Art of Our Age" and "Virtual Words: Language on the Edge of Science and Technology".

The BIOTOPIA festival "SENSE - the Power of Perception" by BIOTOPIA - Naturkundemuseum Bayern explored the sensory world on 1 and 2 October 2022 at Schloss Nymphenburg (Hubertussaal), Botanical Garden Munich, Museum Mensch und Natur and the BIOTOPIA Lab! At the interface of bio- and neuroscience, art and design, the festival allowed visitors to experience the world of perception.
