As a netball player I’m so annoyed how they passed when it was obvious the defender was gonna hit it off😭😭

To every damn basketball or other sport player so says netball isn’t fun and athletic, you’re wrong. Netballs rules make it extremely difficult to master passing the ball down the court quickly, and in these match’s (maybe not this one-) you can see perfect examples of this. The stepping rule of netball makes sure you “can’t move” when you have the ball, but you can master passing the ball quickly allowing you to “move” while having the ball, this is really difficult. Netballs rules restrict a lot of things making this game honestly really hard, but keeping within the boundaries and playing well is really fun, whether you believe me or not. Also Netball will ALWAYS be the best sports for teamwork, not being able to go everywhere on a court makes room for more skills needed to be put in with the players teamwork, if they can!t work together they can’t play. Unlike basketball where if there is a really really good person on the team (or maybe two) they can absolutely carry most of the shooting and game, also I’ve played basketball before. I’m not saying basketball isn’t a good sport because it is, but I’m telling you to stop hating on netball as it is its own thing and a brilliant sport. ❤
