Pappas who started off as a plumber, but after realizing the guys pulling up to the new construction projects we're driving much nicer cars than his, he quickly made the pivot to real estate investing. Anthony's life started out with plenty of challenges, however in this episode he shares how he overcame those challenges and eventually built a massive real estate empire that has brought in well over 2 million dollars in his first 24 months. Anthony discuses why he made the transition to focusing on land and why this isn't the best solution for most wholesalers. So if your easily distracted or get caught up in shiny object syndrome looking for the "easier way", this is probably one to avoid.
