The Via Ferrata Loen in Norway is a spectacular experience you will never forget. You start by the fjord and walk and climb high above the fjord to 1011 masl, surrounded by the mountains and the Jostedalsbreen National Park. Via ferrata is an Italian term that means 'iron paths' in English.

It is a good challenge if you want to face your fear of heights. Personally, I used to struggle really bad with heights ever since growing up. That was until started attacking my fears right on. Many of those adventures are documented on this channel.

In only a few years, my fear of heights have gone from a solid 10/10 (i.e. afraid of everything from flying a plane to taking the elevator in tall buildings) to a 2/10 now.
