My mom stayed home and worked hard. Breakfast was ready when we woke up and dinner not long after we got home from school. My dad prep packed his own lunch and fixed his coffee before pouring in thermos. My dad also gave mom a break by doing Sunday meals breakfast with made from scratch best biscuits and a great spread for dinner that we consumed from lunch time to evening.

Just a little tip ;) when you cut the apples like that they will turn brown. Dip them in lemonjuice and they will stay fresh for hours ;)
