King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer, Buckingham Palace announced. CNN’s Max Foster reports.

Prostate cancer is one of the most treatable. Hopefully they caught it in time. I have two friends that were diagnosed with this cancer. They both recovered with just one round of treatments. That was 20 years ago.

Prostate cancer has a very good prognosis in most men in whom the cancer has not spread or is only very locally spread. Charles will likely be around for another 20 years with Radiotherapy, NO surgery and simple hormonal injections every 3 months to stop his testosterone formation from the testes. 1 in 7 men get this cancer and the outlook is really improving.

He's human like everyone else. He is not immune to disease. We have millions of people with this disease, I never heard them saying anything about them . Hope he gets better though
