This makes me think of the nine muses actually. I know most of the comments seem to relate this to the Trials of Apollo (which is fair enough). But the muses are Apollo’s followers, he leads in art and music. This song was supposed to be about dedication to arts, which is what the muses are all about. So I imagine this song from their point of view.

Normally they wouldn’t fear wolves, after all, they were blessed by Artemis. These howls sounded different. The demigod heard the thudding of soft paws come closer to them and ran. They ran for their life, dodging and jumping over obstacles, but the thuds came closer still. The demigod panicked and in that state they tripped and sprained their ankle. Suddenly: “Man, aren’t you in a pickle?”, the young demigod’s head shot up to see a young man, maybe 17, with golden hair. The man had an aura of power surrounding him. He held out his hand and the demigod took it, “Name’s Apollo.” he said. “Iru” they responded. “Well then, Iru. We’d better get on outta here!” Iru was on the verge of unconsciousness and slung their arm over Apollo’s shoulder for support. ‘Thank you...no matter where you are, what you need, I’ll be there. I’ll follow you, Apollo..’ Everything went black.
